Felicia Fischhoff, RP (she/her) is a proud Jamaican-Canadian and devoted mom of two. She is the founder and practice owner of Rooted in Resilience Psychotherapy & Wellness, a growing Ontario-based clinic committed to providing safe, affirming, and culturally responsive mental health care for racialized and marginalized communities.
As a Registered Psychotherapist, Felicia specializes in trauma, racial trauma, PTSD, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Her approach is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and trauma-informed care—always honouring the unique lived experiences of her clients.
With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Felicia also co-founded a charitable organization supporting survivors of sex trafficking. Her advocacy work has amplified the voices of survivors and helped break systemic barriers to healing. Felicia is passionate about helping people reclaim their stories, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. Whether in the therapy room or on the airwaves, she brings warmth, insight, and a fierce commitment to community healing and justice.
