Dr. Alvin Hepburn, son of Rev. Jonah and Mother Sheila Hepburn, is a devoted servant of God whose life has been marked by unwavering faith and dedication to ministry.

Saved at the young age of nine (9) and called to ministry at just twelve (12), Dr. Hepburn has faithfully followed the voice of God throughout his life. With a heart for both spiritual and academic excellence, he has served in numerous areas of ministry within the Church of the Nazarene and beyond. Notably, he became the youngest District Sunday School Superintendent on The Bahamas Nazarene District.

His ministry has taken him across The Bahamas, the United States, and the Turks and Caicos Islands, where he has preached the Gospel with passion, conviction, and a deep sense of mission.

Dr. Hepburn is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Yahweh Worship Centre in Nassau, Bahamas. The church carries the vision to “Reconnect people to their true Source—God.”

In addition to his pastoral work, Dr. Hepburn is an accomplished author, educator, and Christian counselor. He holds multiple advanced degrees in both engineering and Christian leadership, reflecting his commitment to excellence in both spiritual and academic pursuits.

His greatest testimony is seen not only in his ministry but also in his family. Dr. Hepburn is joyfully married to his wife, Dr. Tanya Hepburn, and together they are blessed with two wonderful children, Alvin Jr. and Tanaiya.

At the heart of his calling, Dr. Hepburn desires to see individuals deepen their relationship with God, strengthen their families, and build marriages that reflect Christ’s love and example.
