Dr. N. Marie McDonald is a former banker who served in managerial positions at several offshore banks. She also held the position of Money Laundering and Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer. As an entrepreneur, she manages several businesses, which include Global Chaplaincy Center, Bahamas, Global Chaplaincy College and Bright Minds: Eyebraingym Hub Ltd. With a passion for helping the youths of our nation, Dr. McDonald committed her service to the Ministry of Education’s Student Refocus Support Program where she is responsible for mentoring children with behavioral problems from various schools.

Dr. McDonald has served in various capacities of the Highway Church of God including President of the Young Ladies Auxiliary, District Youth Director for Cat Island, Assistant Director of Evangelism/Mission and District Ladies Officer for Great Harbour Cay. Currently, she is serving as the Director of Business Development and Entrepreneurial Ministry. She had conducted training at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services, formerly Her Majesty’s Prison, for both the male and female inmates.

Dr. McDonald is a host of the radio program “The Relationships and Marriage Hour” which is aired weekly on the LuvBay Afrobeat Music Talk Radio Station in Canada. She is a member of the International Kingdom Summit, the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders and the Faith United Network.

She obtained a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Organizational Leadership from McHari Institute and a Doctor’s Degree in Theology from Christian Life School of Theology.
